We will then explore some of the key topics examined in Julia Cameron’s inspiring book: What are creative monsters and u-turns and how do they keep you from fully expressing yourself today?  What are blurts?  How are you mean to yourself?  How does Collage making help creativity?  And much more.

Soul Coaching^®

How does this 28 day process allow you to gain more clarity into the messages of my soul?  We will examine powerful tools – Daily Affirmations and Daily Guided Meditations used to create a calm, wonderful start to each day.We will then explore some of the key topics discussed in Soul Coaching such as Clutter clearing, Collage making, identifying your energy “juicers” and “zappers”, how to create space by using days of gratitude, sacred observing and doing “nothing” to gain greater insights into the messaged from within.
