About Eileen
Inspiration for the Empowered Women workshops came directly from Eileen’s own personal journey of self-discovery.
For over a decade, Eileen has been working to discover her true self and ignite her own inner flame. By removing the barriers to personal health and growth, adopting a dedicated plan of exercise, and surrounding herself with the support of the wise women in her life, Eileen discovered the key steps to living a life she loves. Having overcome her own life challenges, Eileen started offering guidance and support to those women interested in embarking on their own journey within.
Now as a Soul Coach, Eileen shares the key steps with other women through the Empowered Women Programs. Eileen’s coaching abilities come from a strong background in Corporate America with thirteen years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry most recently as a Sales Director. Along with many other responsibilities, her main role as a Sales Director required skills and abilities which inspired and motivated her Sales Team to consistently outperform their peers.
Eileen’s self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit eventually led her to start her own consulting company, where she worked as an independent consultant helping businesses achieve their goals through identifying new opportunities and closing sales.
In addition to working with her clients in workshops and monthly groups, Eileen guides women interested in unleashing their own personal creativity and passion by faciliting these groups through Julia Cameron’s inspiring book The Artist’s Way. In 2008, Eileen also became certified as a Soul Coach and now takes women through the powerful 28 Day Soul Coaching course. Eileen also works closely with women on an individual basis helping inspire them to overcome obstacles that are blocking them from achieving their personal goals. As a Soul Coach, Eileen’s strength is her ability to communicate effectively and to break down wants, desires and passions into manageable steps for ultimate achievement. Her Soul Coach training allows her to assist clients with aligning their outer lives with their inner spirits.
Eileen continues to be inspired by women looking for more personal fulfillment in their lives and those ready to begin creating a life filled with passion, energy and joy. As Eileen continues to follow her inner guidance, her journey continues to lead her into new and exciting territory every day. As she finds more and more opportunities to support other women, she finds that they too ignite their inner flame and find their true selves.
This has been an amazing journey for Eileen. By freeing herself up to breathe and connect with her own spirit she has been able to pursue passions that previously she would only have dreamed of doing. She has done rock climbing, started a book club, and created these wonderful events – all of this is now coming fast and furious as she becomes more attuned with listening to that still small voice and being open minded enough to try what it is guiding her to do.
Eileen and her beautiful, energetic 8 year old daughter Katie live in Doylestown, Bucks County, PA.
